We are exploring a sale of TallMoi’s brand assets while clearing our current inventory. This opportunity is for an entrepreneur who wants to build the brand’s next chapter.
A proposed starting point
The proposed package includes the TallMoi name and domain, Shopify storefront, available brand and product materials, and owner-led factory, designer and creative network introductions. The final asset list will confirm what can transfer.
Support as you take over
First-time owners are welcome. We propose three months of structured onboarding followed by three months of limited advisory support. The agreed schedule and scope will be part of the purchase terms.
A creative network for your next collection
Introductions to TallMoi’s tall-model network and fashion photography and creative production resource can support future campaigns. Bookings, availability, image usage rights and production fees are agreed separately.
Inventory is optional
The current closeout continues. A buyer can discuss remaining inventory separately, based on a dated physical count and agreed pricing.
Purchase scope, pricing, introductions and transition support are subject to agreement. Ongoing operations and new production costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
