This sweater was the perfect fit. I ordered a medium in orange and it fit as expected, not tight, not baggy. The off-the-shoulder feature is great. It doesn't ride up and it is so flattering.

Very happy with the quality and length.
I'm 5'10" and normally wear size small from other brands. I ordered up to a medium to make sure this would fit, and it's still VERY fitted. Also doesn't fit me as off shoulder, guess if you have narrow shoulders you might have better luck. Length is good.
