What are your shipping options?
USPS Priority Mail, DHL and UPS within 1-3 business days. Actual shipping time will depend on location and carrier used.
Please note:
In order for your packages to be delivered within the above timeline, orders must be placed by 2pm ET on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our fulfillment center as soon as possible on the following business day.
Did my order ship?
As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email.
Pre-order Items: If you pre-order an item, your entire order will ship together when the pre-order item becomes available. We will not ship your items separately.
US RETURNS/EXCHANGE:
All returned items must be received within 14 days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.
Sales are final and non-refundable. Items denoted as SALE are not eligible for return.

If I paid for shipping will you refund my shipping fee when an order is returned?
Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned
I sent my return? When do I get my money back?
We process returns and refunds immediately we receive the returned items. Please allow 1 week for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
I requested an exchange. When will I get my new item(s)?
When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 30 days of your original delivery. If delayed, replacement products may be out of stock.
Where will my refund be applied?
The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

What is the international return policy?
All purchases are subject to a 30 day return policy.
We will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise by mail. Returned item(s) must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase and will be credited for the price paid in the original form of payment. We will not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
