All returned items must be received within 30 days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.
How do I mail my return or exchange?
To get your package ready:
Use provided return shipping label
- Attach the return shipping label label provided to you by customer service.
- Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location

Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for questions regarding the return label.
Will you refund my shipping fee when an order is returned?
Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned
Returns - When do I get my money back?
We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
When will I get my new items?
When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is received.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 30 days of your original delivery. If delayed, replacement products may be out of stock.
Where will my refund be applied?
If you selected a refund to your credit card, the refund will be applied to the card used to make the purchase.
I need to return or exchange, but it's been over 30 days. What should I do?
If your return or exchange is overdue, please contact email@example.com for help.
If we don’t hear from you, we reserve the right to cancel overdue returns and exchanges. Shipping labels will be voided and your order will not be eligible for a refund.
