What are your shipping options?

Tallmoi offers free shipping via multiple shipping carriers including USPS and UPS. Shipping time will depend on location and carrier used.
Please note:
- In order to be delivered within the above timelines, orders must be placed by 2pm ET on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our fulfillment center as soon as possible on the following business day.

- FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Did my order ship?

As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email. To keep an eye on your order, click here. 

Pre-order Items: If you pre-order an item, your entire order will ship together when the pre-order item becomes available. We will not ship your items separately.


We also ship at competitive rates to Canada, and we're working to deliver our products to customers in other countries too!

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors, including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. 

What is the international return policy?

All purchases are subject to a 30 day return policy. 
We will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise by mail. Returns accompanied by the original receipt must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase and will be credited for the price paid in the original form of payment. We will not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

How do I return or exchange?

We make it easy! 

All returned items must be received within 30 days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.


How do I mail my return or exchange?

Return shipping cost is on us! To get your package ready:

OPTION 1: Use provided return shipping label

  • Attach the return shipping label label included in your order to the reusable mailer from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice
  • Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location

OPTION 2: Return the package on your own

  • Pack up your item(s).
  • Select a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Pay the return postage at the time of shipping.
  • Ship to the following address:

 Orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. Please contact for questions regarding the return label.


Will you refund my shipping fee when an order is returned?

Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned


I sent my return. When do I get my money back?

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.


I requested an exchange. When will I get my new items?

When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us.

Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 30 days of your original delivery. If delayed, replacement products may be out of stock.


Where will my refund be applied?
If you selected a refund to your credit card, the refund will be applied to the card used to make the purchase.

I need to return or exchange, but it's been over 30 days. What should I do?

If your return or exchange is overdue, please contact for help.

If we don’t hear from you, we reserve the right to cancel overdue returns and exchanges. Shipping labels will be voided and your order will not be eligible for a refund.

I'm having trouble loading the return site. What should I do?
First, double-check your order number and shipping zip code to make sure they are correct. Your order number can be found on your packing slip or any email correspondence related to your order.

You can also try a different web browser, or turn off pop-up blockers temporarily.
